Kirsty MacLaren is an Olivier Award nominated Scottish actor and a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She originated the role of Manda in the National Theatre of Scotland's hit show Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour. Most recently, Kirsty played the lead role of Nikki in Tim Firth's This is My Family at Chichester Festival Theatre. Other recent Theatre credits include: Chava in Fiddler on the Roof (Menier Chocolate Factory); Susanna Walcott in The Crucible (Royal Lyceum Theatre); Title role in Rapunzel (Platform Theatre) Agatha Lasenby in The Admirable Crichton, Morag in Mr Bolfry, Mimi in Whiskey Kisses, Bella in Yellow on the Broom,Susan Walker in Miracle on 34th St (Pitlochry Festival Theatre); Dorothy in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and the title role in Peter Pan (PMA Productions); The Good Fairy Azuriel in Sleeping Beauty (Imagine Theatre); Little Miss Thimble in the original cast of Freak Show (Noisemaker Productions). Film/TV and Radio credits include The Crown; Lulu in A Lulu of a Kid and Lulu's Back in Town (BBC Radio Drama); Lola in Skin Deep (RCS); Rosie Hart in Freddie Bird's Guide to Dating from the Afterlife (Chicken Demon Productions) and Andrina in End of Season (BBC). Kirsty is a highly skilled pianist, flautist and singer. She is also trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Street Dance.
